No, our software does not require any local installation or special technical knowledge on your part. We provide the necessary IT infrastructure and take care of maintaining and updating the application. You can access our intuitive SaaS solution online from anywhere and use it immediately.
Predium is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that you can access conveniently via the internet, regardless of your location. During the onboarding phase, our Customer Success Team will show you how to use our intuitive platform. You will get to know all areas of the software: data collection, ESG analysis, action planning and reporting. After the first joint training session, you will be able to record your first properties with the energy performance certificate.
If you have any questions, a personal contact person is always available to help you. You will also find a detailed onboarding guide and further assistance in our Predium Academy.
A major advantage of Predium is the efficient integration and simple collaboration of all project participants. You can assign different rights to different employees. You decide which portfolios or buildings can be viewed and edited by individual employees within your organization. There is no limit to the number of profiles you can create.
Our cost estimates are based on various common data sources from the real estate industry and are regularly checked and updated. For example, we use studies by the IWU (Institut Wohnen und Umwelt) and cost rates from the BKI (Baukosteninformationszentrum). We will be happy to provide you with more detailed information on calculation formulas and cost percentages as part of our product demo.
We work with the 1.5°C target path according to CRREM (Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor). This target path has established itself as the standard in the real estate industry. It stipulates that greenhouse gas emissions from real estate portfolios must be reduced by 90 percent by 2050 compared to 2020.
